Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1-3 working days after confirmation. During sale periods, festivals, or high order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery within India is generally 3-8 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network. Remote or non-metro locations may require additional time.
Delivery Delays
Weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect address details, or payment/order verification can delay delivery. If a delay is reported, our support team will help track the shipment with the courier partner.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete address, active phone number, correct PIN code, and landmark if needed. Krishna Collection is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided details.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, details will be shared through order updates, email, SMS, or support communication. Tracking activation may take a few hours after courier pickup.
Damaged Shipment Process
If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged at delivery, take photos before opening and contact us within 24 hours. Keep the packaging until support completes the review.
